1. Please be sure to confirm the name of the performance, date, venue, seat type, and number of tickets. Cancellation or change of reserved/purchased tickets will not be accepted.
2. Reservations and purchases via the Online Ticket Service are limited to 10 tickets per person at one time.
   A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased at the Kobe Bunka Hall Member price.
3. If you would like to reserve more than 11 tickets, please make another reservation or contact Kobe Bunka Hall Box Office.
4. Restrictions will be placed on the number of tickets purchased and the method of purchase as needed.
5. Some performance for children under elementary school age restrict to enter in. Please make sure it before purchasing.
6. The reservation becomes invalid without confirmation of payment until due date.
7. Tickets will not be reissued in any case. (Including lost, burned, stolen, damaged, etc.).
8. Obstructive behavior at ticket sales center is prohibited.
9. No refund and change will not be allowed except for cancellation or postponement by the organizer.
   If the performance is cancelled, we can not be able to compensate for any expenses, except for ticket price.
10. Please note that the performers and contents of the performance might be changed owing to unavoidable circumstances.

1. Kobe Bunka Hall Online Ticket Service (“Online Ticket Service”) uses the system of Rakuten Ticket, Inc.
   Therefore, you need to register as a Rakuten Member with no admission fee and no annual fee to use this online ticket service.
   If you are not a Rakuten Member, please regist it as the instructions on the purchase page. If you are an Rakuten member, please enter here with your Rakuten ID and password.
2. Reservations through the Online Ticket Service are available until the day before the performance date, except for some performances of sold-out.
3. To reserve the performance within 6days to the performance, you must pay only with creditcard.

Resale of tickets for profit is prohibited of any cases.
We are not responsible for any problems with tickets sold at Non-official ticket stores or resale website.

In addition to the above clauses, any other terms and conditions , regulations stipulated by the organizer of the event shall apply.

The following handling commission fees are necessary as follows to buy tickets at both of telephone reservation and online ticket service.

*When using the Online Ticket Service, reservations for multiple performances with a single membership number, no additional system fees will be charged as long as the reservations are made within one hour.
*Payment at “Seven-Eleven shop” can be available for cash, credit card, or nanaco.
